Hello Friends and Family,

After doing the world race this past year and experiencing mission work in so many different forms,I'am thrilled to announce that I have committed to go back to the mission field long term! I will be going back to one of my favorite countries I visited during my 11 n 11, INDIA!!

So what will I be doing you ask? Well I'm excited to share!
I will be part of a team with Adventures in Mission, the organization I did the world race with. Adventures in mission seeks to disciple as Jesus did; their vision is that God would use us to raise up a generation of radically committed disciples of Jesus Christ.
My team will be doing that by reaching the unreached people in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India in which the base will be located, Nalgonda is the district within that state where we will be concentrating our ministry. Andhra Pradesh is impoverished (< $500 average annual income) and has the highest AIDS prevalence in India. The literacy rate is less than 65%. Only 1.2% of people consider themselves Christian. Nalgonda alone has 188 unreached people groups.

Each team member will utilize their giftings to use towards building the kingdom. I'm led to focus efforts on bringing a women's empowerment ministry called Beauty for Ashes to the woman of India and doing outreach with the children in our community.Beauty for Ashes mission is to see woman healed and restored in their identity in Christ through sharing our story.India was by far one of the most life changing months for me personally. I finally learned to embrace more of my story and God nudged me to share it multiple times in India,more than any other month. I heard God speak so much to me about the woman of India, that I honestly knew in my heart I would return there again eventually!

I'm currently down in Gainesville Georgia preparing for this long term adventure and plan to leave by March! I would love for my prayer warriors to pick one day a week and pray for any amount of time that day.
